Using plenty of oil – fry onion, garlic and ginger
Cut chicken into pieces. Cut across bones if possible. Brown chicken pieces.
Add apple cider vinegar, contents of soup mix and cover with water. Simmer gently for hours, stirring occasionally.
When cool you can strain the soup. Retain the chicken meat. Should you wish to you can retain the contents of the soup mix also.
Place liquid back into pot and add your vegetables and chicken.
Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
