At Whole Body Physiotherapy we focus on the whole body. Here are a couple of recipes that you can benefit from. 

You can purchase our Chicken Chinese Immunity Soup for $8. This comes with the immunity qi boosting soup mix that you add to your soup.

 

Chinese Immunity Soup
Bouquet Garni  – $8

 

2 onions – peeled and chopped

6 garlic cloves

4-5cm ginger root- peeled and chopped

1 small free range organic chicken

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

immunity qi boosting soup mix

mixed vegetables
      e.g. celery, carrot, root vegetables, sweet potato, leek and whatever else you desire. 

Method

Using plenty of oil – fry onion, garlic and ginger

Cut chicken into pieces.  Cut across bones if possible.  Brown chicken pieces.

Add apple cider vinegar, contents of soup mix and cover with water.  Simmer gently for hours, stirring occasionally.

When cool you can strain the soup.  Retain the chicken meat.  Should you wish to you can retain the contents of the soup mix also.

Place liquid back into pot and add your vegetables and chicken.

Simmer until vegetables are cooked.

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon turmeric

pinch black better

1 tablespoon coconut oil
